She possesses the key ingredients to being an amazing realtor: she listened and understood our needs and wants, she knew each area we looked at and gave us lots of information on each area, she answers her phone and answered every question we had, and most importantly she has a great personality and didn’t pressure anything on us.
We must have looked at a dozen homes within a month and she didn’t mind meeting us last minute to be the first buyers to view the property.

I am writing to let you know that one of your Agents, Kent Tyrrell, was a great source of comfort during the closing of our Dads house. Kent kindly stayed after all our papers were signed to make sure things were all tied up and in order. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in transferring monies from the (Lender to the) Title Company and we were forced to leave the office after almost two hours of waiting while people scrambled to try to set things straight. As clients of real estate personnel we are not aware of all the procedures that are necessary for the transaction to take place and rely on the knowledge of the people we counted on to make sure things go smoothly. Kent was considerate enough to stay and explain the situation to us and also made a follow up call to us the next morning to make sure we had received our (proceeds) check. I am writing to let you know that it was a pleasure and a comfort to have Kent extend his professional knowledge and personal caring to us. It is also important to state that Kent was not OUR sales representative in the closing, he was the Buyers Agent!
